Measuring the performance and behavior experienced by real users in their actual browsers, devices, networks, and locations.
RUM
Real User Monitoring collects performance and reliability signals from actual user sessions. It exposes variation caused by device capability, browser behavior, geography, network quality, cached state, and page composition that laboratory tests may not reproduce.
Typical RUM signals include LCP, INP, CLS, navigation timing, resource timing, JavaScript errors, route transitions, and user-session context. Data should be sampled and handled with privacy, consent, and data-minimization controls.
